Computer Assistance (Who should I ask for help?)
- If you need assistance with downloading a software program or having major technological issues, you will need to contact the HelpDesk.
- Located in Dolph Camp (turn right when you enter the building)

- Regular Semester Hours: 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm, M-F
- If you are having printing issues, formatting issues, need assistance logging in or changing your password, etc., the student workers at the Checkout Desk will be able to assist you.
- Need to add money to your account for printing? This can be done in Overstreet at the Student Accounts window in increments of $5.00.

- Magale Library hires currently enrolled SAU students for many positions each term/semester.

Magale Library Study Areas and Rooms
- The library has several different types of study areas to accommodate the student needs. These include areas with soft seating, study tables, individual study carrels, and study rooms.
- The library has 30 study rooms outfitted with technology such as webcams, computers, TVs, and DVD players.
- Some of our study rooms also include advanced software such as LockDown browser, ANSYS, SOLIDWORKS, and Final PrintMusic.
- Study rooms may be checked out for 4 hours at a time and can be renewed if needed longer.
