Rankin College of Business students learn first-hand about career opportunities available to them through our travel programs.
All majors host a travel program at least once every two years to provide students opportunities to engage with business leaders and tour business operations.
Coushatta, LA - September 2018
Students visited drilling rig operations of GeoSouthern. The trip was made possible by support from Business Advisory Council member Meg Molleston.
Little Rock - October 2018
Students visited Stephens, Inc. and Farm Bureau’s Headquarters. The trip was made possible by support from Business Advisory Council member David Moore.
Arkansas State Capital - November 2018
The RCBiz Living Learning Community students took a trip to the state capital in November. There they met Governor Hutchinson and toured the building with Bruce Maloch. The group had an opportunity to observe state budget hearings
ASCPA's 5th Annual Women's Leadership Summit - November 2018
Fort Smith, AR - March 2019
Students and faculty visited The Don McDonald Group, Arc Best, and First National Bank of Fort Smith. The trip was hosted by Business Advisory Council members Don and Jennifer McDonald.
New York - April 2019
Students toured the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and met Art Cashion. Other events included a visit to Blackrock Financial, the Statue of Liberty, and the Museum of National History.
