Mr. Luke Clary ’04

Luke Clary has served on the Business Advisory Council since 2021. He is a 2004 graduate of Southern Arkansas University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and finance. He has also attended and completed Northwestern University’s Executive Education, Kellogg/PwC Family Enterprise Advanced Education Program.
Currently, Luke is a partner at PwC, serving clients in various industries, including clean-tech, chemicals, energy, healthcare, consumer markets and telecommunication, having served primarily global accounts. He has broad experience with large, multinational and domestic acquisitions and divestitures, IFRS accounting matters, US and foreign equity and debt offerings, IPOs and consulting with clients on various other complex accounting issues.
Luke assisted in the development of and participated in the initial Investor Meeting Series for the chemical sector in New York, which brought the investor community and the firm together to discuss industry specific financial reporting matters. He has presented at Tulane University where he co-developed and instructed a course covering energy valuations, at the University of New Orleans Energy Accounting & Technology Conference, as an instructor at the University of Texas at Dallas Advanced International Program in Oil & Gas Financial Management and PwC’s Petroleum Academy. He is also a certified public accountant and a member of the Accounting Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants.
Luke serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer at Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana and is a former board member, Vice Chair and Treasurer at Lycée Francais, a charter school in New Orleans. He resides in New Orleans with his wife and three children.
