If you are a new student, login information (username/password) can be found by logging into Campus Connect.
Campus Connect
CampusConnect is a web browser interface where students can access information specific to them at their convenience. To access off campus go to Campus Connect. Login using I.D. # (social security number) and PIN (birthdate, MMDDYYYY)
PIN numbers can be e-mailed to you by clicking on the “Click here to have your PIN e-mailed to you” link under the login area. Your PIN will be emailed to your Muleriders E-mail address.
Blackboard
Blackboard is a Web-based course-management system designed to allow students and faculty to participate in classes delivered online. To login to Blackboard, enter your username (first and middle initial, last name, and four digit number) and password (last six digits of your SSN#). You can obtain your username for Blackboard and Muleriders E-mail when you login to Campus Connect.
Muleriders E-mail
SAU uses Office 365 for our student email platform. Your Office 365 ID is your current username plus @muleriders.saumag.edu (i.e. ABStudent1234@muleriders.saumag.edu). Your initial password for SAU Email is the following:
UpperCaseFirstInitial + UpperCaseMiddleInitial + UpperCaseLastInitial + Last6ofSSN + !
For example: ABC123456!
All SAU Email password resets will use the aforementioned format.
Magale Library
To access the library databases, i.e. EBSCOhost and Academic Premier, visit the library web site and enter your network login (the login Technology Services assigned to you for access to campus computers and to Blackboard).
If you are a new student, or you have never used your network login before, you will need to contact Technology Services (870-235-4083) to get login information. If you have forgotten your login, you may contact the Reference Desk (870-235-5083) or Technology Services (870-235-4083). Your network login will give you access to most databases without needing additional passwords. If you time-out of a database, or if you close your browser, you may need to login again.
