• Your current address- This must be your residence, not a mailing address somewhere else.  Please update your own address  in your SEVP Portal.
• Employer’s information (Company name, address, supervisor)

Students are required to submit the Evaluation section of the I-983 form (page 5). This needs to be completed and signed by your employer.

• 12 month Evaluation: Complete the top half of page 5 on the I-983.
• 24 month (Final Evaluation): Complete the bottom half of page 5 on the I-983.

To submit your reporting requirements please follow the link below and follow the instructions on the form.  During this process you will need:

• Your current address- this MUST be where you reside, not simply a mailing address
• Employer Information
• Employment Offer Letter
• STEM EAD Card
• Entire I-983
• Evaluation page on page 5 (only for 12 and 24 month/final reporting)

After clicking the link below use your SAU login information to log into the form

• Select “Login with Campus ID”
• Username: SAU email with the “@mulerider.saumag.edu” email address (ex mmrider1234@muleriders.saumag.edu), password: SAU password
• Select “Request, 20XX” (pick the current year you are updating your OPT)
  • You may have started your OPT in 20XX, but if you are updating your employer in 20XX then you would pick 20XX.
• You will be taken to the Report STEM OPT Participation Form.

DO NOT OPEN MORE THAN ONE UPDATE REQUEST.  DOING SO WILL DELAY YOUR UPDATE REQUEST.

Student Profile

Once on the profile page, you will see your incomplete request listed on the left-hand side of the page.

You can reset your password through your  SAU Campus Connect page.
