Flying B Rental is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Administrative Coordinator to support company growth while maintaining efficient day-to-day office operations. This role blends sales, customer relationship management, and administrative support to help drive revenue and ensure smooth internal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and assist with business development and marketing efforts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, service needs, and issue resolution
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience on every call
- Prepare, send, and follow up on billing statements
- Post customer payments and assist with account reconciliation
- Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Review and maintain accurate customer insurance and sales tax documentation
- Coordinate and schedule employee drug testing appointments as required
- Assist with company safety requirements, documentation, and compliance support
- Manage filing systems and maintain organized records
- Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing correspondence, including statements
- Make bank deposits on occasion
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels
- Track and manage inventory to ensure availability and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Provide backup support for various office functions as needed
- Assist customers at the front counter when required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to handle confidential financial, employee, and customer information with discretion
