Our goal in Career Services is to help our students gain the knowledge necessary to be successful in their future jobs and careers. We provide them with opportunities to enhance and develop career readiness skills and guide them in their job search.
Job and Career Fairs – Job and Career fairs are held throughout the semester. These events provide our students the ability to network and communicate with potential employers.
On-Campus Interviews – Employers utilize our campus for interviews with our students.
Career Services Events – The Career Services office, along with other departments on campus, host career prep and skill development events throughout the year. These events are free to our students.
Resume development and critique – Resume examples can be found here. Students are encouraged to bring their resume to our office for feedback.
Career Service Events – Many Career Services events provide students with resources that are helpful in their job search.
On Campus Employment
We do not place students in jobs but we do offer a bridge between students and supervisors. Students can see On Campus job opportunities here and are encouraged to complete the Student Worker Data Sheet online so that supervisors can see what their availability and skills are.
Student Worker Training
Students are encouraged to complete Student Worker Training once they have a job on campus. Registration can be found here.
