If you are an international student inviting family to visit during graduation, the following may help your family obtain a proper visa:
- Make sure you apply for graduation by the appropriate deadline.
- Complete an invitation letter to your family from you. Sample (doc) (This does not require a signature from an SAU representative because it is written by the student, not SAU.)
- SAU does not provide an official letterhead document.
- Order an official transcript from the Registrar’s office if needed. Transcripts can be ordered here.
Note: Students are responsible for sending documents based on specific needs of their home country.
