Sealing Mail:

• Our mailing system has an envelope sealing feature for #10 envelopes only.
• Caution: If a sealed envelope is mixed with unsealed ones, the system will attempt to seal it, which may cause the envelope to tear.

Other Tips:

• To ensure envelopes fit in our mailing system and seal properly, please avoid over stuffing envelopes.
• All letters should be tri-folded. Folding a letter more than two times is not recommended due to the increased thickness and potential for damage during processing.
• Be sure to close all envelope flaps, as our system does not fold them over.
