Reynolds Forestry is seeking a project assistant to assist managers in real estate investments in southwest Arkansas. Real estate and timberland investment company involving acquisitions, dispositions, marketing, and tree farm management, along with general office tasks including scheduling, website, filing, Excel-based reports, field projects, etc.
On-the-job training is intense and demanding, paralleled by fulfillment and increased opportunity with financial rewards.
General office hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday, with exceptions due to project and learning requirements.
Qualifications and Details:
- Degree preferred but not required (desire and enjoyment for learning, with a strong work ethic, is most important)
- Applicants must be project-minded, detailed, highly organized, flexible, confidential with project data, and eager to grow and advance
- Working in a spacious 4,000 sq-ft office under the guidance and tutelage of seasoned, specialized brokers, foresters, and partners with over 10 million in annual transactions.
- Working from the company headquarters located in Magnolia, Arkansas, which is pet and child friendly
- Starting salary $30k – $50k variable to education and experience; includes paid vacation, paid holidays, insurance, and other benefits; company housing also available.
