About University Village Apartments

University Village Apartments are 2 bedroom or 4 bedroom apartments for upper class students who meet specific hour/grade and/or age requirements.  Village apartments are fully-furnished with shared living room, kitchen, and bath. Each bedroom has a single sleeping space with full-size bed, desk, desk chair, chest and ceiling fan. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

The University Village Clubhouse offers a lounge area, swimming pool, free laundry facilities and access to the new Panda Express.

Village Apartment residents choose a nine or twelve month lease before move-in in August. (Students moving in later in the semester are offered a remaining 9 month lease only.) Rent is billed per semester to their student account. Prices include utilities, free use of laundry rooms and free Internet connection. A meal plan is required in fall and spring, however students may choose from the lower priced apartment meal plans.

Student spaces in this complex are very competitive and fill quickly with a wait list. Students are recommended to complete their Housing Application as soon as it opens and make their reservation as early as possible on their Room Selection Time. Room selection times are based on application date and qualification (see below). The Apartment Reservation Fee is $200. If spaces are full, students are encouraged to fill out the waiting list request form at the end of the Housing Application.

Eligibility requirements for on-campus apartments are 60 or more hours completed or 21 years of age with 2.25 GPA or 40 hours with 3.50 GPA. Once residing in the apartment, students must maintain the GPA listed above to keep their lease.
