Mulerider Pointe Apartments will only house SAU Faculty and Staff as of Fall 2023. It is located on the edge of campus on Pearce Drive just off the end of the Farm Road and University Drive.
This complex has five buildings that hold a total of 24 apartments. There are four 2 bed/2 bath, fourteen 2 bed/ 1 bath, and six 1 bed/1 bath apartments.
The complex has a central use pool, laundry room, and mail boxes. Spaces fill quickly and usually have a wait list.
