Honors Hall North is home to students in our Honors College. Honors Hall North has a computer lab and a classroom, where some Honors College classes are taught, suite-style rooms, lounges on each floor, laundry facilities, and a commons area. The Honors College program encourages students to learn and achieve together to enhance their academic preparation for their career goals. This residence hall offers them a quiet environment in which to live and learn. To be placed in Honors Hall North, students must apply and be accepted to the Honors College. Then room assignment is first-come, first-served based on space availability. Honors Hall North is located in the heart of campus across from Magale Library and in front of Walker Stadium.

Students in the Honors College take up to eighteen hours of general education classes together. Honors College students must complete a minimum of 24 total hours of honors courses in order to receive an honors degree.
