The Engineering and Physics Department moved to a new 24,000-square-foot Engineering Building in fall 2016. This building houses faculty offices, classrooms, laboratories, and an atrium used for exhibitions, public meetings, public lectures, and student activities. There are six laboratories in the Engineering Building used for instructional purposes in the undergraduate program, as well as two additional physics laboratories in the nearby Science Center.
