Beginning Freshmen and Transfer Students from Foreign Colleges and Universities should submit:
- Application for Admission (Interactive)
- Educational Background (Interactive)
- Affidavit of Support [pdf] (Printable) with supporting documents from the bank showing a minimum available balance of $17,000
- Official Transcript/s from Secondary and all Colleges or Universities
- Application Fee ($50)
- Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, or ACT)
- International Transcript Evaluation (transfer students seeking for transfer credits only)
Beginning Freshmen and Transfer Students from U.S. Colleges and Universities should submit:
- Application for Admission (Interactive)
- Educational Background (Interactive)
- Affidavit of Support [pdf] (Printable) with supporting documents from the bank showing a minimum available balance of $17,000
- Transfer Questionnaire [pdf](Printable)
- Official Transcript/s from Secondary and all Colleges or Universities

- Copies of Immigration Credentials (I-20/s, passport, visa, I-94)
- Proof of English Proficiency or proof of completion of English Composition I with a minimum grade of “C”
