Each apartment has a fully-furnished living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath. All rooms in the apartments have ceiling fans. The living room has a sofa, chair, coffee table, and entertainment center. The kitchen has a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a washer & dryer. Each bedroom has a full-size bed, desk, desk chair, and chest.
The clubhouse offers a recreation room, classroom, computer lab, small meeting room, convenience store, fitness center, and swimming pool. University Village Apartments offers students either a nine month or twelve month lease. And, the UV Apartments has everything you need packaged in one monthly payment.
