The bachelor of science in chemistry degree will open many career and professional opportunities. This degree is the stepping stone to professional school (pre-health studies), graduate school or to becoming a professional chemist in biochemistry, environmental science, forensic science, medicine, petroleum, alternative energy, pharmacy, or even patent law.
