| Archery | This course is designed to teach the fundamentals of Archery and application. There will be competitive shooting. If the student already owns a bow, they are encouraged to bring it to class the first day. |
| Around the World Adventures | Pack your imagination and get ready to travel the globe! In Around the World Adventures, students will “visit” different countries while learning about their cultures through fun crafts and tasty treats. Each day, campers will stamp their passport and explore a new destination—from creating pottery-inspired art from China, to beaded bracelets from Africa, dream catchers inspired by Canada, and colorful masks from Brazil. It’s a creative journey full of art, culture, and delicious discoveries! |
| Artist Exploration | Get ready to create like the greats! Carve soap like Rodin, design bold faces with oil pastels like Matisse, build a Cubist collage like Picasso, and experiment with painting and printmaking like Lichtenstein. It’s a colorful, creative journey through art history with masterpieces of your own to take home! |
| Bakers Club | In Bakers Club, students will become junior chefs as they mix, measure, decorate, and create their own delicious no-bake treats! Throughout this hands-on class, students will learn basic kitchen skills such as measuring ingredients, following a simple recipe, spreading, layering, and safe food preparation |
| Beauty Basics | In this fun, hands-on class, students will learn the basics of skincare, color, and makeup while building confidence and creativity. They will explore healthy skin habits, discover how colors work together, practice simple makeup techniques, and even create their own custom lipstick to take home. It’s the perfect mix of science, creativity, and self-confidence with plenty of fun along the way! |
| Crack the Code | Put your thinking cap on and get ready for the ultimate challenge! Students will work in teams to solve puzzles, crack codes, and uncover hidden clues before time runs out. Can you beat the clock and escape in time? |
| Dr Lindsey’s Mad Science | Dr. Lindsey’s Mad Science Lab will include lots of mad science fun! We will learn and explore through science experiments and dissection! Join in on the madness! |
| Engineering Explorers | In this class, students will be using the engineering process to create structures to solve problems. Students will test their creative side to come up with solutions and build fun things such as basketball goals, igloos, catapults, boats, and more! |
| Extraordinary Science | Want to have fun and make a mess while learning? Then join us in Extraordinary Science as we dive into the science projects that don’t make it into the classroom! Each day, students will participate in exciting, hands-on science experiments that are engaging, messy, and educational. |
| Fun and Flexible Junior Yoga | In this class, we will introduce children to yoga using games, stories, and animal names for the different poses. Proper breathing, balance, stability, mobility, and strength will all be covered. Students will also participate in an affirmation project. |
| Fun with Fidgets | Students will learn the function of fidgets and how they have become popular. They will also make their own fidgets to take home, including stress balls, spinners, infinity cubes and more. |
| Hairiffic Adventures | This engaging course introduces kids to the fundamentals of creative hair styling and design. Participants will learn basic braiding techniques while exploring safe, temporary hair embellishments such as hair glitter, hair chalk, colorful add-in extensions, and decorative hair tinsel. Through guided, hands-on instruction, students will practice fine motor skills, creativity, and self-expression while learning proper hair care and tool safety. |
| Happy Feet | Get ready to groove, pop, and spin your way through the ultimate dance experience. In this class, you’ll master the basics of hip hop, jazz, and more, as you unleash your inner dancer and let the rhythm take control. Come join us and discover why learning to dance is the most fun you’ll have all summer! |
| Homespun & Handmade | Step into the past and bring old-fashioned creativity to life! In this hands-on makers camp, students learn classic homestead skills through modern, kid-friendly projects they’ll get to take home every day. From rolling beeswax candles and painting barn quilts to building mini planters, crafting seed bombs, and creating coasters or bracelets, this camp is packed with tactile, creative fun. Perfect for kids who love crafting, making, and getting their hands busy! |
| Intro to Scuba | Have you ever wondered what it’s like to go Scuba Diving? In this class, students will be introduced to the world of scuba diving along with the safety aspects, science behind scuba and the care and handling of equipment. Students will be allowed to get into the pool on the 3rd and 4th days so the ability to swim is required. Students must be at least 8 years old. Guardians will be required to complete waivers for students to participate. |
| It’s Electric | Students will dive into the exciting world of electricity by exploring basic circuits using creative, hands-on materials and interactive simulations. They’ll experiment with series and parallel circuits in a virtual setting, test different ideas, and discover what works best. Then, they’ll bring their designs to life by building their own working lamp using paper circuit materials. It’s a fun mix of technology, creativity, and real-world engineering! |
| It’s My Slumber Party | Let’s party! Get ready for a fun spa-themed slumber party (minus the sleeping). You will learn to make foot spa bath bombs, sugar scrub, and moisturizer. You will also design and make friendship bracelets, sleep mask, and your very own pillow. On the final day of class, you will use your slumber party essentials to pamper yourself with a pedicure while you relax and laugh with your friends for the ultimate slumber party experience! |
| Journey Back in Time and Space | Look up and explore the amazing stories hidden in the night sky! In this fun class, students will discover how different cultures—from Ancient Greece to East Asia—created legends from the same stars. Inspired by the childhood skies of Bill Clinton in Hope, AR, students will learn why our view of the stars is changing today. Through hands-on activities and experiments, they’ll explore the science of the sky and why protecting dark skies matters for the future. |
| Kid Science Investigators | Kid Science Investigators is an engaging, hands-on course where students become junior detectives and use real scientific techniques to solve mysteries and stop “crimes.” Participants will explore the basics of forensic science through fun, age-appropriate experiments such as fingerprint analysis, evidence examination, chemical reactions, and critical thinking challenges. |
| Kids Can Grill Too | Kids Can Grill Too is a hands-on learning course where students gain experience in many different aspects of grilling. From lighting a grill utilizing a chimney to discovering the difference between direct and indirect heat, students will perform tasks in developing their own food creations. Students will be cooking hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken quesadillas, s’mores, and even grilled pizza. |
| LEGO Lab | Join the fun as we stack, snap, design, and create with LEGOs! Put your imagination to the test as you turn simple bricks into awesome inventions and take on exciting building challenges along the way. Dream it. Build it. Show it off. Are you ready to accept the challenge? |
| Magical Piano Keys | In this class, students will be taught how to read music, understand where the notes are located on a piano, and how to play songs for your family and friends. Once the student knows how to play, they will be free to play whatever type of music they are interested in! They will come away with the basics that will help them play an instrument, a piano, or even in a music class at school. |
| Mindful Moments | This fun, uplifting class is all about helping kids feel their best inside and out. Through hands-on crafts and positive discussions, students will explore ways to calm their minds, handle worries, and spread good vibes wherever they are. Students will create a No Worries Box to tuck away anxious thoughts, design Positivity Rocks to inspire themselves and others, make Calm Down Jars for those moments when big feelings show up, and craft Breathing Bracelets to help practice calming breaths anytime and anywhere. This class aims to boost confidence, build positive habits, and teach simple tools to manage emotions in a creative way. |
| Mulerider Bootcamp | Do you have what it takes to join Mulerider Bootcamp? This class promotes an active lifestyle while playing fitness games. This class will help develop teamwork skills and endurance while promoting an active lifestyle using fitness games. Mulerider Bootcamp will incorporate a variety of different workouts method as you go head to head with your friends! |
| Mulerider Perfect | Welcome to Mulerider Perfect -where trick shots go BIG and the fun goes even bigger! This high-energy class is packed with epic challenges, wild team games, splash battles, and snack showdowns all inspired by the viral vibes of Dude Perfect. Every day brings new “no way!” moments, nonstop action, and chances to become a trick-shot legend. No experience needed! Just bring your hype, your teamwork, and get ready to make some unforgettable MKC memories! |
| Mulerider Sports | Students will engage in a variety of sports activities in the Mulerider Activities Center. Sports include basketball, whiffle ball, kickball, and others as time permits. Tennis shoes are required. |
| Paper Garden | Watch Your Creativity Bloom! Ever wanted to grow a garden that never wilts? Step into The Paper Garden, where we are hacking everyday materials to create the ultimate floral blooms! We’ll use the “magic” of chromatography (blending colors with water) and sculpt 3D layers to create sturdy, spectacular flowers on wooden stems. Each day, you’ll master a new flower style—from dapper daisies to plush peonies — until you have a hand-crafted bouquet to take home. Get colorful, and watch your garden grow! |
| Pickleball | Join us and learn how to play the fastest growing sport in the US-PICKLEBALL! Pickleball is a blend of ping pong, badminton, and tennis. It is fun, easy to learn, and can develop into a quick and competitive game. In this class, students will learn the basic rules, strategies and shots involved in the game. Come have fun and learn the sport of Pickleball! |
| Pioneer Creations | Step back in time to 1836 and discover what life was like in Arkansas’s first capital, Old Washington! Students will explore the history of this fascinating town and create natural, old-fashioned decorations just like kids would have made in the 1800s. It’s a hands-on historical adventure where the past truly comes to life! |
| Police Academy | Get ready for four days of fun as campers step into the shoes of a police officer! Kids will learn about teamwork, staying active, helping others, and how police officers keep our community safe. Through exciting games and hands-on activities led by real officers, campers will practice listening skills, leadership, and responsibility all while having a blast |
| Science in a Bottle | Calling all science lovers! Join us as we create your very own science experiment in a bottle! The excitement of exploring hands-on experiments is engaging and motivating. You are the scientist and the thrill of seeing and figuring out what will happen will keep you on your toes. You don’t want to miss out on the action and fun! |
| Sew Happy | This sewing class is a creative, hands-on experience designed especially for students in 1st through 6th grade who are ready to learn, create, and have fun! Kids will explore the basics of hand sewing while completing a simple project they can proudly take home.. With pre-cut materials, clear guidance, and lots of encouragement, students can focus on learning new skills, expressing their creativity, and enjoying the process of making something with their own hands. |
| Sip and Design Workshop | Join us for a four-day adventure where students will decorate a reusable cup and mix up a yummy, colorful drink to enjoy while crafting. They will also create a variety of fun, hands-on art projects that spark creativity and imagination. This workshop is full of giggles, new friends, and plenty of ways to make the week brighter. |
| Slime Studio | Get ready for four days of messy, stretchy, science fun! In Slime Studio, students will mix, experiment, and create different kinds of slime like watermelon slime, glow-in-the-dark slime, galaxy slime, and even edible slime. Along the way, they’ll learn cool science ideas like mixing, textures, and simple reactions while working together and following fun “lab” challenges. |
| Staying Alive | Do you want to learn how to save a life in just 30 minutes? Join our “Staying Alive” Hands-Only CPR class! Designed for kids, this fun, hands-on workshop teaches you the two simple steps to help someone in an emergency: Call 911 and Push Fast and Hard! We’ll practice to the beat of popular songs (like “Stayin’ Alive”) on training mannequins to make sure you know exactly how to help if someone collapses. No boring lectures—just fast, lifesaving skills! |
| Super Kids | Super Kids is a fun, active camp experience focused on confidence, friendship, and making smart choices. Campers will learn about themselves, practice being Super Friends, and build skills for handling tricky moments.
