Approval of Minutes:
Wednesday, May 18, 2022- Staff Senate Meeting
Minutes were approved. (Motion – Norment, second – England)
Committee Reports:
Faculty Senate meet on August 8th –
- Senate Budget update,
- Handbook reviewed and added, Parking/Building grounds committee etc.
- Wilson Impson can email agenda per requested.

Assigned Senate members to University Committees.
Anne Sands – Staff flexible hours? Remote/Flexibility options? Senate members
were encouraged to discuss with other SAU Staff for added suggestions. Anne
will converse with Mr. Giles concerning SAU policy.

2:34 p.m. Motion to Adjourn (Motion – Impson, second – Sands). Motion carries
unanimously.
Next meeting of the Staff Senate is scheduled for Wednesday, September 21st at 2 pm.
