Butterball has a 12-month rotational program that prepares trainees for entry-level, front-line leadership opportunities. Trainees will have hands-on experience across all Butterball departments, professional development, leadership training, temporary housing, relocation assistance, competitive compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate from a four-year college or university in Business, Poultry Science, Food Science, or a related field
• Internship, co-op, or hands-on work experience
• Enthusiasm to learn and collaborate with others.
