Ochsner Health System is seeking to hire for two open CRC positions. This will be a 4-year position as part of the Southern Center for Maternal Health.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate interactions with clients seeking assistance or identified for assistance.
- Explain the Connected MOM program, encourage enrollment, and assist with consent and set-up of devices
- Assess clients’ access to technology, current digital skill level, and connectivity needs. Work together with clients to overcome barriers to access.
- Performs direct outreach to targeted patients and schedules appointments as requested, while partnering with internal departments and leaders to manage access.
- Conduct educational and informational events in communities to facilitate enrollment
- Develops and maintains all required documentation as it relates to the conduct of assigned research projects.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
- Working knowledge in using computers, software, and web-based applications, including ideally a working knowledge of Epic.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, patients, and community organizations and members.
- Reliable transportation to travel across the system.
- Ability to work flexible hours, when applicable.
