Columbia County Independent Living, Inc. is seeking to hire a House Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Will be under the direction of the CCIL administrator and under the supervision of the Site Supervisor
- Will be knowledgeable and adhere to CCIL policy/procedure, DDS policy/standards, and DHS policy, client charts, and treatment plans
- Responsible for acquiring annual training hours, CPR, First Aid, TB/health cards, and other requirements for maintaining employment
- Will oversee the Assistance of Client Medications while on duty
- Will report any medication changes immediately to Director
- Will be apart of a team coordinating medication inventories, medicine reordering, disposal, medication logs, medication keys, forms
- Will submit expired medication logs to be filled
- Will be aware of all client data, health information, medical diagnosis, treatment plans, and other data the relates to CCIL clients
- Will continually learn and become familiar with current health related issues, medication uses and side effects
- Will provide and/or participate in DDS Quarterly Progress Reports and Annual CSR Conferences
- Will assist with answering the phones and providing documentation on all activities, conversations, etc.
- Will communicate to HM team of client updates/information/concerns and will inform SST/One on One staff daily, and will be willing to teach other peers and willing to learn from peers
- Will ascertain that the center has groceries and supplies
- Assist with the menus
- Will be responsible for the preparation of meals
- Will assist Follow Along clients with medications
- Will be required to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, possible overtime
- Will assist with transportation
- Will complete other tasks upon the request of Administrator and Site Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma, preferable college degree
- Must have valid drivers license and pass Adult and Child Maltreatment Background checks and Arkansas Background Check.
- Two years experience working in related field of working with individuals with disabilities/handicaps.
