The Arvest Intern Program offers diverse experiences across banking, including marketing, technology, and finance. Interns gain development, mentoring, and networking opportunities while learning valuable, transferable banking skills. Responsibilities:
- Complete assignments as assigned within the functional area of your internship.
- Work collaboratively or independently, depending on the assignment.
- Support day-to-day operations and contribute to the team’s goals.
- Understands and complies with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
- Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, organizational and time management skills, and strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and individual tasks with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
- 25 completed college credit hours (48 plus college credit hours preferred) in which the major should be related to the functional area of the internship.
