Art Bridges is a national nonprofit organization based in Bentonville, Arkansas, dedicated to creating access and removing barriers around American art throughout the country. Our Academic Year Internship is a part-time, hybrid experience designed to immerse interns in our work culture while emphasizing professional development, personal growth, and collaboration. Art Bridges is committed to training the next generation of arts nonprofit professionals. Interns will gain hands-on experience from mentors through cultural site visits and professional development workshops. You’ll apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects and make a meaningful impact in the arts and nonprofit sectors.

- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas (hybrid role)
- Schedule: Part-time (10-15 hrs/week)
- Compensation: Paid ($18/hr)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate (within one year) in good academic standing
- Interest in arts, nonprofits, or philanthropy , authorization to work in the USA.
- Ability to work once a week on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas
