A 4+1 program is availableย for students interested in earning a bachelorโs degree in history/political science: political science and a Master of Public Administration degree. By the end of the fourth year, students should complete 120 credit hours (108 undergraduate + 12 graduate) and receive their BA degree. They should complete an additional 24 graduate hours in their fifth year (including summers). After the completion of 144 hours (108 undergraduate + 36 graduate) they will be conferred the MPA degree if all other requirements are satisfied. Please meet with Dr. Paul Babbitt during your sophomore yearย if interested.
