The Disability Support Services department at Southern Arkansas University is conducting a survey to further gain information regarding services we provide our students. Our goal is to provide quality, accessible programs and services, and ensure that all students with disabilities have equal access to realize their full potential. With your feedback, we will have a better understanding of what areas need improvements and how we can better assist our students. Completion of this survey indicates voluntary consent to participate. Participant identification information will be confidential and destroyed after the report is complete. Data from surveys will be compiled into a yearly report.
