The Testing Center and the Disability Support Services office is open from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday during the fall and spring semesters. Summer and holiday hours will vary.
Appointments for tests and for Disability Support Services must be made at least 2 (two) working days in advance by calling (870) 235-4145. Please bring a photo ID when coming in for an appointment.

The mission of the University Testing Center is to serve campus and external constituents by offering a wide variety of examinations in a comfortable, quiet and secure testing environment. We strive to provide exceptional customer service, quality resources, and quality assurance in order to best serve the needs of our clients.
The Testing Center is also committed to maintaining the highest compliance with nationally recognized testing standards and practices, safeguarding the confidentiality of student records, and creating an optimal testing environment in order to meet the increasing needs of our students, faculty, administrators, and community.
