Duties: The position will require duties in 75 percent Greek Life and 25 percent Campus Activities; provide leadership, vision, and strategic planning for the Greek Life program; serve as advisor for all Greek Life governing and coordination bodies; oversee the university’s Greek Life program and intake processes; coordinate social Greek organization development; direct a program of leadership training skills for social fraternities and sororities; develop and implement Greek Life and policies; serve as a major asset to problem solving for issues related to Greek Life and student activities; administer and manage Presence; coordinate programs with outside agencies and organizations to enhance student programming and activities; prepare and supervise budgets; assist the dean in planning and implementing campus-wide social, cultural, educational, and recreational programs such as freshman orientation, Leadership Academy, Spring Fling, Fall Fest, Spring Concert, and other student events; perform other tasks and duties assigned directly by the Assistant Dean of Campus Activities and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred: bachelor’s degree required; three years’ experience in college or university activities’ work preferred; ability to establish contact with students and involve them in university programs and activities.
