Duties: Greet all walk-in traffic; answer main graduate studies phone line; respond to questions from online “contact us” button; reply to student, faculty, and staff emails; process graduate assistant applications; maintain graduate assistant budget; maintain graduate school web presence; work with dean on graduate council and online education committee meeting preparation; assist graduate dean, admissions coordinator, and recruiter/special projects coordinator with various tasks as needed and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience working in a college or university; strong written and oral communication skills; enjoy working with graduate level domestic and international students; experience working with Poise preferred.
