Duties: maintain central receiving to include processing of purchase orders and p-card orders for supplies and materials, accepting and checking in freight, shipping and/or returning freight, and ability to pick up parts at area vendors as needed; lifting of objects up to 50 lbs required; ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift; maintain inventory control through use of inventory management software and prepare annual reports for state audits (currently use Accruent Maintenance Connection); take physical count of inventory minimum twice per year; supervise student and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: high school diploma required with 3-5 years’ experience in Receiving/Inventory control; must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of CMMS software; must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license free of restrictions that require installed vehicle equipment pr monitoring devices.
