The Southern Arkansas University (SAU) Department of Human Performance and Sport Sciences is establishing a pool of qualified adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Physical Education, Exercise Science, and Sport Management.
Duties: Teach undergraduate courses within the Human Performance and Sport Sciences curriculum including but not limited to: Physical Education, Education, Exercise Science, and Sport Management; deliver engaging and effective instruction to diverse student populations; develop and manage course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments; maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades; adhere to SAU’s academic policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Sport Management or a closely related field; prior teaching experience at the college or university level; All SAU faculty and staff demonstrate a commitment to the value of all members of the SAU community, to excellence in interpersonal behaviors, and effective collaboration with colleagues.
