Duties: maintain vehicle records including all reporting to DF&A; schedule of university pool vehicles, along with posting of charges; maintain database for all university keys through Best Key System software; coordinate and oversee the preparation of annual personnel evaluations for 26+ employees while meeting all deadlines; prepare and distribute monthly on-call rosters; coordinate student labor for department ensuring that all applicable paperwork is in order in Maintenance Connection; provide administrative support to the director for facilities, associate director and assistant directors as needed and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; five years of experience in a fast-paced office environment; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
