Duties: serve as receptionist; answer telephone and emails; greet and assist visitors; organize reports; assist and provide information to students and faculty; manage campus facilities requests; process course schedule revisions; maintain departmental records and student files; provide general administrative support for the department and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, with one year of specialized training in typing, computers, and business practices; college degree with 3-5 years secretarial experience preferred; proficient use of Microsoft Office; must have excellent communication and technology skills and the ability to work as part of a team; must have excellent professional appearance; ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with faculty, staff and public.
