Duties: make travel and schedule meeting arrangements; prepare reports; maintain appropriate filing systems; answer and direct phone calls; write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms; maintain records and contact lists of recruits for trap and fishing teams; submit and reconcile expense reports; provide support to visitors and participants in events at the Trap Range; register participants at trap and fishing events and other duties as assigned. This position required work on Saturday when trap events are being held. The week of trap events will be Tuesday – Saturday rather than Monday – Friday.
Qualifications: high school diploma and experience in customer service and data entry/processing required; must have excellent communication and technology skills; must have the ability to work as part of a team.
