Duties: answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate department; keep and provide information regarding University functions to callers; keep an updated directory of all University staff/faculty; accept forwarded calls as needed; perform admissions data and document processing functions; supervise student workers and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: high school diploma and experience in customer service and data entry/processing required; must have excellent communication and technology skills and ability to work as a part of a team.
