Duties: perform and supervise maintenance at all housing facilities operated by University Housing at Southern Arkansas University, such as: power washing, cleaning, and painting, making needed repairs, pool maintenance, basic plumbing and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with hands-on maintenance; knowledge of management of projects; excellent interpersonal communication skills.
