Duties: front office duties include answering the telephone, answering questions for other departments and students, campus visitors, and other related duties as required; manage student office staff; coordinate student payroll and timesheets; responsible for performing document processing functions including StarRez data, filing, document tracking, maintain records, preparing reports and findings, preparing correspondence, and compiling information for the department; will require evening and weekend work during certain peak times of the year and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: formal equivalent of high school diploma; one year administrative experience and training preferred; must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and outgoing office environment; must have computer skills in Microsoft Office application; be a highly organized team player with a positive attitude.
