Applicants auditioning for any of the Theatre Majors (Acting, Musical Theatre, or Technical Theatre) or the Theatre Minor are required to audition for a theatre scholarship.

Fall Audition Day: Friday, November 8, 2025

Performing Arts Audition Day: Presidents Day, February 16, 2026
This annual audition day is an opportunity for students to audition for Theatre, Band, and Choir all on the same day, making this the perfect opportunity to earn and stack performance scholarships.

“Little Shop of Horrors” Audition Day: Friday, April 17, 2026
Students will come to campus to see a special matinee performance of our spring musical before their audition. To audition on Friday, April 17th, after the Student Matinee, click here.

In-Person Auditions
In-person auditions can be scheduled at any time. Request an in-person audition.

Video Submissions
Although we strongly recommend scheduling a live audition if possible, SAU Theatre accepts video auditions in lieu of live auditions. For submission requirements, please visit our Auditions Page.
