All social media presences representing official University departments must register their accounts with University Communications and Marketing using the form below. Your account will not be included unless this registration has been completed and your account is in compliance with the University’s Social Media Policy.

To prevent orphaned or lost social media presence, we require that administrative access to all official University accounts be shared as part of registration.

The University will not censor or edit your posts unless they violate University conduct policies or if your department or adminstration makes a post request. The primary purpose of sharing adminstrative access is to prevent lost and inactive accounts.
Facebook administrative rights*
- I have added a member of the University Communications and Marketing staff to the Facebook page as an administrator.
Due to the nature of Facebook page administration, Facebook requires personal accounts to be added as an administrator, rather than simply supplying a specific username and password specific to the account.
