Registration for Summer I, II, and Fall 2021 underway at Southern Arkansas University.
Registration has begun for Summer I and II sessions as well as the Fall 2021 semester for all current students at Southern Arkansas University. When registering, students can click https://mysau.saumag.edu/ICS/Course_Search/ and select 1st or 2nd Summer in the “term code” field to see all the available courses in each term.
Advising and registration for Summer I begin Monday, May 24, and classes start Tuesday, May 25. Memorial Day will be observed May 31. Classes will meet to make up for Memorial Day on Friday, June 4. First summer term ends on Thursday, June 24. “Long summer” classes spanning both semesters start May 25, ending on July 29.
Advising and registration for Summer II begin Monday, June 28, with classes beginning Tuesday, June 29. The July 4 holiday will be observed Monday, July 5. Classes meet to make up for the holiday on Friday, July 9. Second summer term ends Thursday, July 29. Commencement is scheduled for Friday, July 30.

Appointments for current freshmen (fewer than 30 hours), pre-nursing, non-degree seeking, and undecided students are available at the Advising Center through May 3. The Center is located in Overstreet 238 and may be reached at 870-235-5175 or via email, sw-advising@saumag.edu.
Sophomores, juniors and seniors may make an appointment and register with their faculty advisors. Professional advisors are also available in the colleges for appointments for undergraduates with 30+ hours. The professional advisors in each college work in collaboration with faculty advisors to provide quality academic advising to students in their college. Graduate students may register through May 26 for Summer I, June 30 for Summer II, and Aug. 25 for the fall semester. Current graduate students can self-register via MySAU portal. Graduate students should contact their assigned advisor for any advising questions. New graduate students may apply for admission through May 15 for Summer II and Aug. 1 for the fall semester. A late fee of $100 will be applied after the application deadline dates.
