Session 2: Sustainable Course Design
This session will explore strategies for personalizing and humanizing online courses to better engage and support student learning. Because online learning can sometimes feel isolating for both students and instructors, we’ll focus on practical approaches to help faculty build connection, interact effectively with online students, and foster a welcoming learning environment in Blackboard. We’ll also share tips for making these practices sustainable, so faculty can enhance student success without feeling overwhelmed or burned out.
