Marisa Grippo received her B.A. in English and psychology in 2010 and her M.A. in English language and literature in 2015, both from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where she also earned a graduate certificate in technical writing and public rhetorics in 2016. Mrs. Grippo worked as the departmental administrative supervisor for the UA Political Science Department for three years before beginning at SAU in summer 2017 as the college administrative specialist and assistant to the dean for the College of Science and Engineering. She moved to the Registrar’s Office as a software support specialist in fall 2018, then served as interim registrar for the fall 2020 and spring 2021 semesters before assuming her current position as university registrar in summer 2021.
