If your event is for more than 100 people please call and make an appointment so we can work out any all the details of your event.
Planning an Event
To plan an event , Please contact Catering Administrator Gina Smith at 870-235-5486 or visit the SAU Catering & Dining Services office in Reynolds 202 to place your order. This brochure was developed to assist in planning events and contains some of the most popular items. Our catering team can help you plan any type of event from start to finish. If you a have a particular request, just ask & we will be happy to develop custom menus for any occasion.
During the initial planning of your event, we request an estimated number of guests. A final guarantee number is required 48 hours prior to the event. You will be charged for the guaranteed number plus any additional guests. If a signed event sheet has not been confirmed within 48 hours of the event then the guarantee will not be confirmed.
