Within my works I’ve created, I try to build a universe that is separated from the one we live in. The unique thing about my creation is that I express my works through two different mediums which are in 2D and 3D methods. In some frames, I expect the viewer to witness realistic character that would probably exist withing the real world. Instead of only seeing 2-dimensional characters. It also combines the qualities of fantasy and realism. My goal is to distribute a sense of freedom to the viewer or reader. An escape from reality into another life that exists withing the panels I create from my imagination. A world full of mystery, adventure, paranormal, and slice of life.
My story will be displayed in a webcomic style. Panels that are aligned vertically in a website where comics are designed to be published. My story will go into the life of my main character, a CSI agent who lives within a society full of demonic entities and paranormal encounters. My inspiration to develop this distinctive story was from constant television programs that had to deal with paranormal anomalies and crime investigations. And my art throughout the years has had many inspirations. That would be from famous artists to small comic artists and cartoons. Throughout the class, I intend to provide the viewers with posters and panel scenes and series of illustrations of some of the encounters within my story. Allowing them to witness some eye-catching scenes that will draw in the reader and viewer to crave more of the story to come.
I want my story to move beyond your ordinary 2-dimensional work. I wish for the viewers to witness the complexity put into every frame as it transitions from 2D panels worked digitally into 3D scenes that are modeled with intricate and time-consuming systems. In hopes of enjoyment and admiration from the viewers.
