The non-degree program of study for candidates seeking Program Administrator licensure who already hold a master’s degree in an appropriate area and meet requirements for admission to the non-degree licensure program areas:
- Special Education
- Gifted and Talented
- Curriculum Specialist

- EDAS 6013 School Community Relations
- EDAS 6023 Supervision of Instruction in Elementary and Secondary Schools
- EDAS 6033 Organizational Development, Evaluation, and Action Research
- EDAS 6233 Leadership of Special Programs and Services
- EDAS 6223 Internship and Project
The advisor and the licensure office will determine if additional courses are required to complete the requirements for licensure.
