An Economics Minor develops a foundation in Economic theory that complements a variety of majors such as business, engineering, computer science, analytics, agriculture, and political science. Coursework in economics can also help prepare students for graduate school and professional degrees such as pharmacy and law. The economics minor requires 12 hours of coursework in addition to Principles of Microeconomics, Principles of Macroeconomics, and Economic Analysis for Decision-making.
