The IT Helpdesk serves as a single point of contact for all information technology services and is staffed during regular University office hours. Southern Arkansas University students, faculty and staff can contact the Helpdesk regarding such computer issues as e-mail, hardware, software, networking, University Computer Accounts, computing labs, and other services.
You can enter a support request ticket three ways:
- (Preferred) Log into our web support portal at https://ithelpdesk.saumag.edu using your campus Microsoft credentials
- Send an email with problem details to helpdesk@saumag.edu
- Call 870-235-4083 during business hours to speak to a technician, or come by the Dolph Camp building.
Whichever method you use, please provide as many details as possible, including exact error text and screenshots if applicable.
ITS strives to resolve all issues in a timely manner. If you need a ticket to be escalated, please contact Gary Hickson (Assistant Director of User Support).
