The agenda includes approval of the November 21, 2025, minutes; a student presentation from the College of Education and Human Performance; comments from Dr. Bruno Hicks, SAU president, and Dr. Jerry Thomas, chancellor of SAU Tech; academic program changes at SAU presented by Dr. Robin Sronce; advancement updates from Dr. Connie Wilson; a resolution regarding state policy for reimbursement of expenses for Board of Trustee members presented by Roger Giles; presentation of the 2023–2024 SAU Legislative Audit by Shawana Reed; presentation of the 2023–2024 SAU Tech Legislative Audit by Michael Armstrong; executive session; and adjournment.
