The Southern Arkansas University System Board of Trustees will meet in regular session at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2025, in Reynolds Center Grand Hall B on the SAU-Magnolia campus.
The agenda includes the annual Board of Trustees election of officers; comments by Dr. Bruno Hicks, SAU president, and Dr. Jerry Thomas, chancellor of SAU Tech; a resolution by Dr. Hicks; research presentation by Dr. Jesse Filburn and students; academic program changes at SAU and SAU Tech; 2022-2023 legislative audit reports from SAU and SAU Tech; a resolution on state policy for reimbursement of expenses for Board of Trustees members; and personnel changes in executive session.
