The Southern Arkansas University System Board of Trustees will meet in regular session at 1 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2025, in the Donald W. Reynold Center, room 210, on the SAU-Magnolia campus.

The agenda includes the annual Board of Trustees election of officers; comments by Dr. Bruno Hicks, SAU president, and Dr. Jerry Thomas, chancellor of SAU Tech; a student presentation from the College of Education and Human Performance; academic program changes at SAU; SAU-Tech strategic plan presentation; a resolution for a retiring board member; SAU post-tenure review policies; Foundation naming policy; MOU between SAU and SAU Foundation; and a resolution for the naming of the SAU trap field.
