Southern Arkansas University students brought back to campus 21 awards from the annual Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) State Leadership Conference held March 31- April 2, 2016, in Little Rock.
SAU Students competed in more than 50 individual and team events of various business-related areas. More than half of the competing students earned eligibility to represent SAU and the Arkansas PBL at this summer’s PBL National Leadership Competition in Atlanta.

Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) is a non-profit educational association that prepares students for careers in business and other business-related fields.
The State Leadership Conference is held prior to the National Leadership Conference, which provides various opportunities for leadership development, fundraising, and corporate facility tours for participants.
